Change of heart

Y i do i get too excited bt later on i lose interst soo fast??? Am i too idealist or wat! Soooo much dilemma 4 me im so tired i feel sick evrythng seems 2b vry chaotic plus d weather is so bad :( soo upseting i nid to make up my mind way my options,, cccnt b havng d same issues all over again... Help pls? Seriously i nid som1 to talk to or som1 who cn gv me a sound advice :/
